To the man whom I love the most, the only moon to my sun. One year ago today, you took my hands in yours and my heart in your gentle care. We’re surrounded by the beauty of new beginnings in that moment, I knew I had found my home—not in a place, but in you. Darkness lifted and color returned to my world, you’re indeed the brightest moon in my darkest night.Every day since has been a gift, each one sweeter than the last, because I get to spend them by your side. You are my shelter from life’s storms, my warmth on cold nights, my laughter among troubles. With you, even the ordinariness of everyday is transformed into something profound by the magic of your love moreover when you turn into a bad puppy. Yes, you’re annoying and you love teasing me a lot but I, too, love you a lot for that.I fall more in love with you each morning I wake to your smile, each sweet word that passes your lips, each tender touch of your hand in mine. I think you already know how I feel because I always told you every month on my letters. I just want to remind you that you are the only one who makes me the happiest. I always get butterflies even with a one white tulip you give me, with the sweet random notes, with the simple presents, with every “hey, this is my girlfriend” you say to your friends.Baby, it’s our first anniversary and I wanted to express how much you mean to me. You are my world and bring me so much happiness. No matter what challenges come our way, I will always be by your side supporting you. I know I can be overbearing sometimes in showing you how much I miss you, but it’s only because the thought of losing you is unbearable. Thank you for your patience and for being the wonderful man you are. I feel so lucky to be sharing this journey with you. And now as we turn the page to a new chapter, I promise wherever this journey may lead us, I will walk by your side, hand in hand, for all my days are brighter shielded within your care. And I will keep you in my heart forever! So, I will never let go off my hands on yours, I will never get bored or tired with you because I know you won’t too. I will always be here for you and you know, you make me the happiest. Thank you for being my most beautiful love, my best life companion, my home, my soon-to-be husband, my lovely oldie crazy bad puppy.I love you the most! It’s hard to believe I’ve had the honor of calling myself yours for a year now. Especially considering how it all started.
